This year UNESCO Chair at University of Kufa is fortunate to receive funding from the French embassy towards a 2-day workshop on preserving culture heritage and research. This collaborative event is a follow up from the Ifpo conference at the American University of Iraq Sulaimani, in early May of 2016, which was organized by leading experts in field of preserving cultural heritage in Iraq and the Middle East.
